Nurtured Heart Approach Class

Join other St. Joe’s parents in a six-week relationship-based course to learn strategies developed by Howard Glasser which help children discover their own greatness and develop inner wealth. Parents and educators will learn about the approach that focuses on giving energy to what is going right instead of what is going wrong. You will learn how to energize behavior and channel intensity in a positive way to help your children flourish! Choose form either the 6 week course or the 6-hour one-day course. The 6-week course will meet on Mondays at St. Joe’s in the Music Room, January 23, 30, February 6, 13, 27, and March 6 from 6:15-8:15. The cost is $99 or $129 for couples which includes free childcare, and the Nurtured Heart Book written by Howard Glasser. The 6-hour 1 day course is offered on Saturday, January 17^th from 9 am -4 pm.  The class is put on by Kellie Knodel, a local Catholic preschool teacher and parent of 3. Young Adult PIG Party on Thursday, November 10th at 5:45pm!

Our next grill out is a PIG party!  Its a Priest-Is-Gone party (actually both Fr. Larry and Fr. Bryan are gone) so there is no 5:45pm Mass that day and we'll start the party early on Thursday, November 10th at 5:45pm.  We'll provide pizza and beer - you bring something else to share! Young Adults and 40 Days for Life - Saturday's 9-10pm

The young adults have signed up for the 40 days for life time slot from 9-10pm on Saturdays.  40 Days for Life starts on September 28th and ends on November 6th.  There should be a fair amount of activity in downtown Fargo around that time from the bars so it will be a great opportunity for young adults to witness to life to other young adults!  Let's get as many young adults there as possible - there will be at least 2 adults there at all times for safety.  Please join us!  Email fmcyainfo@gmail.com with questions!

Valentine's Day Childcare

Need a babysitter for Valentine's Day?
Look no further! Come to the Valentine's Day childcare fun night for children of all ages.
Children will enjoy art projects, toy time, gym time, and a Valentine's Day movie.
This is a fundraiser for the St. Joe's youth group summer trips to Steubenville North, Catholic Heart Work Camp, and the Youth in Theology and Ministry Program.
